The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor (“The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile
messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
(these “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal
information is also subject to our Privacy Policy https://www.alishamelvin.com/privacy-policy and our general terms of use agreement https://www.alishamelvin.com/privacy-terms. By enrolling, signing up, or
otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile
Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy and our general terms of use
agreement.


1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in
various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our
products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and
abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing
transaction and may include [order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and
other transaction-related information]. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated
technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing
system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 3 messages per day.



You agree that  we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages

regarding  the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or
placed using different telephone numbers or short codes, except in connection with
marketing purposes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but
you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as
standard data and message rates may apply for short message service and multimedia
message alerts.


2. User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to
the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile
phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or
federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a
valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change
your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile
phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at  info@alishamelvin.com.
Your participation in the Program does not require that you make any purchase from us and
your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.


3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to
opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree
to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or
UNSUBSCRIBE to the mobile number the message is sent from. You may continue to
receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may
receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the
foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. If you want to join the Program again,
just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again. For
support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.


Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing
commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to
honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms.
We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program
and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a
telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we
will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short
code that has been changed.



4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may
not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither
we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of
any mobile message or information sent through the Program.


5. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with
or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these
Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted
to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure
that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will
constitute your acceptance of those modifications

Privacy Policy

Data
We collect personal and activity data, which may be linked.
We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address.


We also may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. With your permission, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book, calendar or messages, inorder to provide services to you. If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook.


Our systems may associate this personal information with your activities in the course of providing service to you (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for).


We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

We may collect and share anonymous location data.To customize our service for you, we and our partners may collect, use, and share preciselocation data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and isused only to provide and improve our service. We may obtain your consent on your first use of the service.


Access
You can request to see or delete your personal data. You can sign into your account to see or delete any personally identifiable information we have stored, such as your name, address, email or phone number. You can also contact us by email to request to see or delete this information.


Deletion
We may keep data indefinitely.


Sharing
We may share personal data with companies we trust.

We may share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with trusted partners in order to provide you with relevant advertising, offers or services.

SMS Messaging Privacy Policy

The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor organizations (“The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor” “we,” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how we collect and use information about you in relation to The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor text message marketing program(s) (the “Messaging Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider.


By using the Messaging Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. Through your use of the Messaging Service, we will receive Personal Information through our third-party service provider. “Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number you provided when signing up for the Messaging Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Messaging Service, any comments or feedback regarding the Messaging Service that you send to us, or any other information that you choose to include in messages you send through the Messaging Service. When you send messages via the Messaging Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages.

We may also collect Personal Information about you using cookies or similar technologies. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by your browser on the hard drive or memory of your device. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Messaging Service (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).

If you participate in a contest, sweepstakes, research study, or email survey associated with the Messaging Service, we will collect basic contact information and any other information you choose to provide in connection with these activities. We will also collect your contact information if you contact us with questions about the Messaging Service or for customer service.

Use of Information

We use Personal Information to deliver, analyze, maintain and support the Messaging Service. We may also use Personal Information to enhance the Messaging Service features and customize and personalize your experiences on the Messaging Service.

Sharing of Information

The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals unless we have your consent. We may use or disclose Personal Information in any of the following limited circumstances:

  • We have your consent.

  • We need to enforce our Terms of Service.

  • We provide such information to trusted businesses or persons for the sole purpose of processing Personal Information on our behalf or providing the Messaging Service to you. If the third party fails to comply with our terms, The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor is not accountable in any way for any liability or reimbursement.

  • We provide Personal Information to a company controlled by, or under common control with, The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor for any purpose permitted by this Policy.

  • We transfer Personal Information about you if a The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor organization is, or its assets are, acquired by or merged with another company.

  • We believe disclosure of Personal Information is necessary or appropriate to: (i) comply with applicable law and legal processes; (ii) respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (iii) enforce a contract with us; (iv) protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (v) allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.


From time to time, we may share aggregate or de-identified information about use of the Messaging Service and such aggregated or de-identified information may be shared with any third party, including advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors.

Protection of Information

The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor takes a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information we collect to protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should note that in using the Messaging Service, your information will travel through third-party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third-party provider’s SMS delivery platform or your carrier network). While we strive to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide. By using the Messaging Service, you agree that The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor is not liable for any unintentional disclosure.

Children and Intended Audience

The Messaging Service is not intended for children under 13, and The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Messaging Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.

The Alisha Melvin Esq. Experience, Lawyertor requires that users of the Messaging Service be limited to US residents only.

Retention of Information

We retain your Personal Information for as long as you participate in the Messaging Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.

Choices and Controls

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Messaging Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
